Exchange Programme with Dien An Temple. The starting date is 01.25.2015 and ending date is
25.03.2015 for a total period of weeks with following conditions:
1. Record : 
Job Description 1  Set up the blog and record the Dien An culture including festival
activities.
Job Description 2  Share the same Youtube account. You need to upload the
videos. When you finish the project, the account will belong to
Dien An. Besides, you need to introduce the culture in the video.
Job Description 3  Update the blog per two days. Topic is random, but don’t break
the temple images. Type at least 500 words in English with
pictures. The page should be linked with video.  
Job Description 4  You need to cooperate with your partners, complete at least one
documentary of the temple.
2.Participate in the Lantern Festival activities (Nearly 15 days)
Job Description 1  Paint the lantern, make it unique as possible as you can. Use
your imagination and creativity.
Job Description 2  Cooperate with your foreign friends to design a show. It is up to
you. You can dance, sing, play magic etc.

Job Description 3  Because many people will come to the Dien An to celebrate, you
have to introduce Dien An culture to local or foreign people.

Job Description 4  Be venders. You have to prepare kinds of items. You can bring
from your hometown or prepare for these in Taiwan. You will sell
your country item such as local food, local clothing, special thing.
Income belongs to you. Just like hold a global village.
 
3.  Visit local and commemorative  building which symbolizes
Taichung culture
Job Description 1  Interview  borough  chief and realize the  Dien An  temple
relationship between local civilian..
Job Description 2  Deeply understand Bao sheng Emperor which has protected the
temple for hundreds years and history of the village. Realize the
meanings from bottom of your heart. How Dien An temple make
impact on surrounding civilian life.
4. Blend into the culture :
Job Description 1  In order to make you realize the temple, you need to do routine
thing. For example, wipe the God table, God stove , renew the
incense stick, poster design.
Job Description 2  If friend of the temple such as other temple come, you have to
take some videos and photos.
5. Translate the temple publication
Job Description 1  Description plate, guide booklet, God introduction etc.

6. Achievement exhibition
Job Description 1  Try to share your feeling during doing the project
Job Description 2  Act, report, opera etc. 
7.  Hold  a junior high school camp with AIESECer and other
foreigners who execute the project like you on 1/26~1/28.
Job Description 1  Share your country culture to the children and try to lead them.
Job Description 2  Participate in the session and teach the children.

This acceptance note is a formal acceptance of the Exchange Participant as stated above. By signing
this acceptance note, our organisation agrees to participate in the abovementioned Exchange
Programme with the accompanying roles, responsibilities and conditions. I also agree to participate in
providing all procedures/documentation required for the EP to legally enter and work in the host
country.
